Shipping policy
Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders will not ship on the weekends and some holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and another email when your order is shipped, which will include tracking information. Expected delivery days are not promised and are strictly an estimation of shipping time. Delivery may fall outside of this shipping window depending on carrier delays.
Domestic orders (shipping within the US) will be shipped using Standard UPS Ground Shipping.
International orders (outside of the US) will be shipped using Standard International Shipping. There is a $50 order minimum for international orders. International orders will ship using UPS. We are pausing all shipments to Canada.
Please note that we are not responsible for extended international shipping times. Shipment and customs times will vary.
UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Orders over $50 (after tax and other fees) ship for free. This does not include international orders. Some accessories may have a separate shipping charge.
Orders containing accessories, such as eyewear or watches will ship in multiple packages and may have an additional shipping charge.
