Shipping and Return Policies


Shipping policy

Customer orders placed after 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received as well as an email notification when your order is shipped, which will include tracking information. 

Domestic orders shipping within the US can be shipped using Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Orders will ship using UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select or UPS Next Day Air. International orders shipping outside the US can be shipped using Standard International Shipping. International orders will ship using UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Saver. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

Please note orders containing accessories, such as eyewear or watches will ship in multiple packages.

  

Return/Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • Visit our returns center and follow instructions to begin the return process.
  • Select the items you would like to return/exchange and indicate the reason(s). If you are requesting an exchange, you will also select the items you would like to receive in place of the returned items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when we receive, approve and process your return/exchange. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label. Please print the label, package your item, and make your return via UPS.
  • Clearance items are Final Sale. Please no returns or exchanges.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • Accessories (eyewear and watches) cannot be returned.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are not responsible for return shipping fees. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you along with a shipping label.
  • Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the chosen method of payment within 5-10 business days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
