Shipping policy

*Please note that due to warehouse closure on July 4th 2024, orders placed on or after Wednesday July 3rd might not ship until Monday July 8th. This includes expedited shipping options.*

Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders will not ship on the weekends. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and another email when your order is shipped, which will include tracking information. There may be an extended shipping and handling time during holidays or situations out of our control, such as inclement weather. Expected delivery days are not promised and are strictly an estimation of shipping time. Delivery may fall outside of this shipping window depending on carrier delays.

Domestic orders (shipping within the US) will be shipped using Standard UPS Ground Shipping.

International orders (outside of the US) will be shipped using Standard International Shipping. There is a $50 order minimum for international orders. International orders will ship using UPS. 

UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that we are not responsible for extended shipping times. Shipment and customs times will vary.

Orders over $50 ship for free. This does not include international orders. Free Shipping applies to orders over $50 after coupons.

Orders containing accessories, such as eyewear or watches will ship in multiple packages and may have an additional shipping charge. Accessories ship only on Tuesday and Thursday, so there may be a delay in delivery times.

 

Return/Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Visit our returns center to login to your account and follow instructions to begin the return process.
  • Select the items you would like to return and indicate the reason(s).
  • You will receive a confirmation email when we receive, approve and process your return. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label. Please print the label, package your item, and make your return via UPS.
  • Domestic orders are not responsible for return shipping fees, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Clearance items and Dunn Deal items are Final Sale. Please no returns.
  • Items purchased at heavy discounts (40% off or more) during events such as Memorial Day Sale or other seasonal sales are not eligible for return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • Accessories (such as eyewear, watches, and watch bands) cannot be returned.
  • Clearance and Dunn Deal items cannot be returned.
  • If you purchased your product from AMAZON, TJ Maxx, Winners, etc. you must contact them directly for any issues with your purchase including missing or broken items, and other defects or performance issues, within their purchase window. We are not able to address issues with products such as appliances, ceramics, luggage, etc.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Domestic orders are not responsible for return shipping fees, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • International orders are responsible for return shipping fees. $15 plus the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges are not accepted. Please submit a return for your item and place a new order for the exchange items.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you along with a shipping label.
  • You can expect your refund to be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Coupons policy

Coupons may have an expiration date or an order minimum. Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Some coupons may require an order minimum and have expiration date. Free Shipping applies to orders over $50 after coupons.
