We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Visit our returns center to login to your account and follow instructions to begin the return process.
- Select the items you would like to return and indicate the reason(s).
- You will receive a confirmation email when we receive, approve and process your return. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label. Please print the label, package your item, and make your return based on the label carrier.
- Clearance items and Dunn Deal items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
- Accessories (such as eyewear, watches, and watch bands) cannot be returned.
- Clearance items and Dunn Deals cannot be returned.
- If you purchased your product from AMAZON, TJ Maxx, Winners, etc. you must contact them directly for any issues with your purchase including missing or broken items, and other defects or performance issues, within their purchase window. We are not able to address issues with products such as appliances, ceramics, luggage, etc.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Domestic orders are not responsible for return shipping fees, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- International orders are responsible for return shipping fees. $15 plus the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges are not accepted. Please submit a return for your item and place a new order for the exchange items.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you along with a shipping label.
- You can expect your refund to be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
